Why should You Give Your Precious time to Repair PST File?

PST file plays an important role in the smooth working of an Outlook application. Entire data of the Outlook application resides in it. But corruption of the Outlook data file creates a serious problem for the user. Corruption of Outlook PST file does not allow you to send or receive mails in your e-mail account. Use of damaged or destroyed Mapi32.dll file.
Presence of damaged e-mail in Inbox.
Corruption of MS-Outlook mail profile.

Resolution:

Try to resolve error message by following the below given methods:

Method 1: Execute the MAPI repair tool (Fixmapi.exe) if the Mapi32.dll file is the cause of problem: Location of Fixmapi.exe is C:\Winnt\System32 folder or the C:\Windows\System32 folder.
Method 2: Perform Deletion of corrupt or destroyed e-mail: If you are aware of which e-mail message is corrupt, then simply delete it from your Inbox. If you are unable to trace out the damaged message, then move all the messages in Inbox to personal folder. When you are performing move operation on the messages, all the e-mail messages will be easily moved. Only damaged e-mail message will not be moved. After zeroing-in on the corrupt message, remove it from your Inbox.
Method 3: Make a new Outlook mail profile if the profile is corrupt: After creating a new e-mail profile, start Outlook with the new e-mail profile.

If rectification of error still cannot be done, then try to resolve issue with the help of the inbuilt Inbox repair tool to repair corrupt PST file. This tool repairs the file in most of the corruption situations, but in some cases, even after executing the inbuilt tool, no proper results are achieved. Run a third-party PST Recovery tool.
